For HVAC companies in metro Atlanta

Your missed calls, booked as jobs.

When your phone rings and nobody can pick up, Jobs Booked HQ answers in your company's name, sorts real customers from junk, and puts the service visit on your calendar. Emergencies go straight to your on-call tech.

Works with call forwarding on the number you already have. No new phone system. No long-term contract.

The problem

The phone rings while everyone's busy.

Your techs are on a roof or in a crawlspace. The office is closed. It's 9 PM on a Sunday in July. The call goes to voicemail, and a lot of people with a broken AC don't leave one. They call the next company on the list.

Techs can't answer on a job

Stopping mid-repair to take a call slows the job you're already being paid for. Not stopping means the caller hangs up.

After-hours calls slip away

Evenings and weekends are when systems fail and people are home to notice. Voicemail doesn't book anything.

Junk eats the time you do have

Spam, vendor pitches, and job seekers all ring the same line as paying customers. Somebody has to sort them.

How it works

Four steps. You keep your number.

  1. Forward missed calls

Set your business line to forward unanswered and after-hours calls to your Jobs Booked HQ number. On most phones it's a setting or a short code. We'll walk you through it.

  2. We answer in your name

The assistant picks up 24/7 with your company name, screens out junk, and asks the questions your dispatcher would ask.

  3. Visit booked or emergency flagged

Routine calls get a slot on your calendar. No-heat or no-cool emergencies get flagged to your on-call tech right away.

  4. You get a text summary

Every real call ends with a short text to you: who called, where, what's wrong, and what was booked.

What it handles

What the assistant does on every call.

  • Answers 24/7 in your company's nameNights, weekends, holidays, and the times your line is busy.
  • Screens out junkSpam, robocalls, vendor pitches, and job seekers don't reach your calendar.
  • Sorts emergencies from routineNo heat in winter or no cooling in summer gets treated as urgent. Tune-ups and quotes get booked normally.
  • Collects the job detailsName, callback number, service address, the problem, system age, and brand.
  • Books the service visitInto the open slots on your calendar, using the windows and service area you set.
  • Flags emergencies to your on-call techSo urgent calls reach a person who can act on them.
  • Puts safety first on gas and CO callsIf a caller smells gas or a CO alarm is going off, it tells them to get out of the house and call 911 or the gas company from outside before anything else.
  • Texts you a summaryOne short message per real call, so you can follow up if needed.
  • Tells callers the truthOpens with a call-recording notice and says it's an automated assistant if anyone asks.

What it doesn't do: it only answers calls that come in. It never makes outbound calls or sends marketing texts to your customers. It doesn't quote prices unless you tell it to, and it doesn't diagnose equipment.

Pricing

Try it free. Then pick how you pay.

Start with two weeks free on call forwarding. If it isn't worth it to you, turn the forwarding off and that's the end of it. Where you land in each range depends on your call volume and job size, and we'll put it in writing before the trial ends. A "booked job" means an appointment on your calendar with the customer's name, number, address, and problem. Spam, duplicates, and out-of-area calls don't count.

Pay per job
$40–100 /booked job
  • You pay only when a visit gets booked
  • Junk calls and hang-ups cost nothing
  • Good fit if call volume swings with the season
Ask about per-job rates
Flat monthly

  • Covers forwarded calls 24/7, up to a monthly call volume we agree on
  • Good fit if you get steady volume

Founding clients: the first three HVAC companies that become paying clients after their trial get a founding price, locked in for a set period. Ask about it when you reach out.
Hear it yourself

Call our demo line.

Pretend you're a homeowner with a broken AC, or try to stump it. The demo answers as a made-up HVAC company so you can hear how it handles a call. Yours would use your company name, hours, and rules.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is it a robot?

Yes. It's an AI voice assistant, not a person. It opens each call with a recording notice, and if a caller asks whether they're talking to a real person, it tells them it's an automated assistant. We don't hide that.

Will my customers hate it?

Some people would rather talk to a person, and that's fair. But it only answers calls that would otherwise go to voicemail, so the real comparison is the assistant versus no answer at all. Call the demo line and judge it yourself before you forward a single call.

Does it work with my calendar, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro?

Google Calendar today. Others on request. If you run ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or something else, tell us. We'll be honest about whether we can connect to it and how long it would take. Until then, bookings can land in a Google Calendar your office checks, and every booking also comes to you by text.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract. There's a short written agreement that spells out the price and what counts as a booked job. The trial is free for two weeks and doesn't need a card. After that you pay month to month, either per booked job or a flat monthly rate, and either side can cancel with a week's notice. To stop, turn off call forwarding and let us know.

What if it gets something wrong?

It will sometimes. It might mishear an address or put a call in the wrong bucket. That's why every real call comes with a text summary, so you can see what was booked and call the customer back if something looks off. Tell us about any mistake and we'll adjust how it handles that kind of call.

What happens with emergencies?

You decide what counts as an emergency (for example, no heat when it's below freezing, or no cooling for an elderly homeowner in summer) and who's on call. When a call fits, the assistant flags it to that person right away instead of just putting it on the calendar.

Gas and carbon monoxide are handled the same way on every account: if a caller smells gas or their CO alarm is going off, the assistant tells them to leave the house and call 911 or the gas company from outside. It is not an emergency service and doesn't replace 911 or your own on-call process.
